Here is a pic of a tutu I just made in size 18 month. It really has 3 colors to it. One row of brown and another row of light pink and hot pink layered together. For the ribbon waist I used a brown with tiny pink polka dots.
This tutu is going to be worn by an adorable little birthday girl!
