It's already time to start placing orders for costume themed tutus! A tutu is a terrific way to dress up any costume theme. For example if you have white bunny ears pair it up with a poofy white tutu, we could even attach a white or pink pom pom for the tail. Black kitty ears and tail (found easily at Walmart's halloween section) would be perfect with a black tutu. Go ghostly or even angelic in a white tutu halter dress. The possibilites are endless!
